The nature center will be closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Parking Facilities
The nature center has 75 parking spaces available. Handicapped parking is located at the front of the main building.
School buses may pull through the front driveway and drop the students off. Bus parking is located on Black Dog Road across from up loading area.
Admission Fees
Admission is free. Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Handicap Accessibility
The nature center main building and nature trails are handicapped accessible. Two wheelchairs are available for your use during your visit. They may be picked up at the information desk in exchange for a driver’s license or car keys. These items will be returned when the chair is returned in good condition.
Regulations
Pets, horses, hunting, fishing, camping, collecting, littering, fires and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the area. Bicycling, skating, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, motorized vehicles, and pets are not permitted on trails.
